My name is Roger James Hamilton, and I’m the creator of the Wealth Spectrum test. I’ve been an entrepreneur all my life and – like other entrepreneurs – I have found myself accidentally on different levels of the spectrum like a skier on a mountain with no signs, stumbling between green runs and black runs without warning. I made a lot, and lost a lot. By the age of 30, the cost of my learning was up to $130 million. You could say I took the scenic route to wealth.
In 2002, I created the Wealth Dynamics profiling system for entrepreneurs. It helps you find your natural path to flow by knowing who you are. In my 30’s, my passion was helping others find their flow, through Wealth Dynamics, and my purpose was directing that flow towards World Wide Wealth – The idea that by creating more we can also contribute more. From 2002 to 2008 I saw phenomenal growth in my organisation, with leadership teams popping up in over 50 cities around the world. Each was committed to using Wealth Dynamics and supporting World Wide Wealth. However, with this success I noticed something quite mysterious take place.
In 2008 - as the global financial crisis began - I found myself facing a life and enterprise which showed outward success, but inside I was in turmoil. Who really cared about our mission? Where was the disconnect between our vision and our execution? Who could I trust? I was spending more time now dealing with politics, disputes, greed, blame and demands than I ever imagined – and that was just my internal team! I know it’s the same weirdness that other entrepreneurs whose business reach a certain size experience.
Then, at the beginning of 2009, something quite magical happened. The Millionaire Master Plan test is the result of what happened in January 2009. In the same way that I created the Wealth Dynamics test for my own personal use before it became used globally, the Millionaire Master Plan test was born out of extreme conditions, and by using it myself over the last 18 months, I have designed a life and a global platform to create and contribute which puts my previous 40 years of efforts in the shade.
