Stephen M. R. Covey is a New York Times and #1 Wall Street Journal bestselling author of The SPEED of Trust—The One Thing That Changes Everything. He is the former CEO of Covey Leadership Center, which, under his stewardship, became the largest leadership development company in the world. Stephen personally led the strategy that propelled his father’s book, Dr. Stephen R. Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, to become one of the two most influential business books of the 20th Century, according to CEO Magazine.

As President and CEO of Covey Leadership Center, Stephen nearly doubled revenues while increasing profits by 12 times. During that period, the company expanded throughout the world into over 40 countries, greatly increasing the value of the brand and enterprise. The company was valued at $2.4 million when Stephen was named CEO, and, within three years, he had grown shareholder value to $160 million in a merger he orchestrated with Franklin Quest to form Franklin Covey

  • David Kasperson (EMEA)

    David Kasperson is a co-author with Stephen M. R. Covey of Trust & Inspire. He has been building high-trust partnerships, and innovative and collaborative solutions for clients of FranklinCovey’s Speed of Trust Practice as the director of business development for more than fifteen years. An expert on trust, he has consulted with and presented to leaders and Fortune 500 organizations and beyond, in more than twenty countries.

    He also managed FranklinCovey’s premier Leading at the Speed of Trust, Sundance Executive Workshop. David graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA & AA in Communication Theory & Practice from Utah Valley University.

  • Doug Faber (APAC)

    Doug Faber is the Global Practice Leader for FranklinCovey’s Trust Practice. He has delivered over 12,000 Consulting hours since he’s joining FranklinCovey. He’s masterful in his chameleon-like ability to successfully connect at any level, from the boardroom to the frontline. Doug’s greatest strength is his ability to quickly assimilate and translate metrics into a common language that any frontline associate can understand.

    He’s industry-agnostic and prefers coaching senior leaders and their intact teams. A former CEO and a finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year, he’s raised private equity, run a board of directors, and led large teams of people. Doug brings a unique depth of experience and a pragmatic, energetic, authentic, and realistic point of view to all implementations.

  • Barry Rellaford (NASA)

    Barry’s extensive background in people and leadership development as a coach, facilitator, and executive for several organizations gives him the informed practical experience as a masterful facilitator. He worked closely with Stephen M. R. Covey to develop the Leading at the Speed of Trust content and training offerings. Barry is the co-author with David Hutchens of the organizational parable, A Slice of Trust (Gibbs Smith).

    Before co-founding the FranklinCovey Trust Practice, Barry led FranklinCovey’s Learning Expedition Center, the company’s internal corporate university. He also served as the Vice President of Organizational Development for Metatec Corporation and as performance consultant at CompuServe Inc.

    Barry received a Master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources from the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University and Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Brigham Young University. He is a Gallup Certified Clifton Strengths Coach and loves to help people discover and perform their great work.

STEP TWO: LEARN AND CREATE

You will get access to a full 5 day live calendar. This includes daily live mentoring and facilitation sessions all during your time zone.
